Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience in a product manager or technical product owner role.
• Proficient with agile development and the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Establish product health metrics and reporting (operational performance, profitability, member satisfaction).
• Lead release management and coordinate user acceptance testing for deployments.
• Manage vendor relationships and develop prioritized roadmaps and timely enhancements.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate status and future plans, and align business objectives with technical capabilities.
