Event Network, LLC in Park City, UT is seeking a Retail Systems Analyst to support in-store technology and the Store Support Center. You will be the primary contact on the IT Support Line and ticketing system, ensuring smooth operation of POS and related equipment.

You will stay current with technology trends, coordinate with IT staff and vendors, supervise Help Desk, and manage escalation paths. The role includes travel up to 20% and contributes to budgeting and equipment planning.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting in-store IT and POS systems.
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems and help desk procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination with vendors and store teams.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary contact for IT support line and ticketing software.
• Provide in-store and SSC support for computers, software, and POS systems.
• Imaging, configuring, and testing equipment before shipment to stores.
• Assist network and security teams and create AD accounts.
• Handle escalation with outsourced IT vendors and provide backup support.
