Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Retail Support Associate to assist store operations and logistics, including receiving, inventory control, and basic luggage repairs. You will help stock organization and occasionally support the sales floor and clients under the Store Manager’s supervision.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong communication, problem-solving, and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Lift capability up to 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player mindset.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments, perform box counts, and validate against bills of lading; report discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
• Receive merchandise, complete transfer forms, and place product onto the selling floor.
• Assist with year-end inventory counts and general stock recovery and product placement.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and determine appropriate shipping methods as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly stock areas and ensure cash wraps are stocked with operational supplies.
• Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools and complete deliveries as requested.
• Utilize client tools to communicate with clients regarding repairs or product proposals and support client advisors on the sales floor.
