Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Retail Support Associate to assist the store team with operations, shipments, and on-floor support. You will help with inventory, repairs, and client services to improve productivity and customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Lifting up to 25 lbs is part of the job.

• Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Store Manager and ensure work duties are accurately performed.
• Monitor shipment flow, perform box counts, validate bills of lading, and report discrepancies.
• Receive merchandise, complete transfer forms, and place product on the selling floor.
• Assist with year end inventory counts and general stock area organization.
• Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools and coordinate client repair follow up.
• Maintain cash wraps and operational supplies and perform deliveries as requested.
• Support client advisors on the sales floor and use client tools to connect regarding repairs or product recommendations.
