Job summary

FASHIONPHILE in Irvine, CA is hiring a Retail Support Associate to help manage daily operations including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and customer support. You will assist with shipping, receiving new products, and returns, while engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Your duties include processing orders, packaging, and maintaining organized inventory. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working with multiple devices in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, unpack incoming packages and prepare items for inventory.
• Greet customers professionally and provide assistance.
• Prepare daily shipments with labels and tracking.
• Assist in procuring items for clients, including photo taking and quotes.
• Answer phones and help schedule client appointments.
• Scan and organize product inventory.

About the Opportunity

The Retail Support Associate supports our FASHIONPHILE locations in managing all operational responsibilities including inventory pulling, customer support, shipping out of new products, and receiving new products and returns. They will report directly into the local leadership team and be a close partner to all local associates. Responsibilities include:

• Unloading, sorting, unpacking, and breaking down boxes for all incoming packages from FASHIONPHILE Courier

• Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Preparing daily shipping of customer orders, including shipping labels

• Assisting in procurement needs for clients including photo taking and quote monitoring

• Answer phones and supporting client scheduling

• Scanning and organizing inventory of products

What We’re Looking For

• Prior Experience working in shipping, order fulfillment, or retail environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior retail or operational experience handling product

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor
