Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain an inviting store environment at our Philadelphia location. You will engage customers, assist with product selection, and process transactions with accuracy.

This role offers opportunities to learn retail operations, promotions, and brand standards while working in a dynamic omni-channel environment and contributing to the store's visual presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies.
• Accurately process sales transactions at the register, including cash handling and credit card payments.
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays to company standards.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees.
• Participate in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed.

Pay Rate

This position begins at $16.50/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Philadelphia, PA location + uncapped commission.
