Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture delivering best-in-class service. You will report to the store management team and be referred to internally as Supervisor.

In this role you will lead the service team, drive sales, coach peers, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. A 21+ age and retail supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Support service, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
