Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, lead a service-focused team, and ensure compliant, high-quality customer experiences. You will supervise staff, coach peers, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You must be 21+, with 1–3 years in retail supervisory roles, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems. Flexible evenings/weekends required; comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
