Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a Material Handler II or Retail Clerk II position, or equivalent external experience.
• Ability to read and write; basic math proficiency required.
• Valid California driver’s license preferred and DMV record acceptable to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and store activities to ensure customer satisfaction and secure donated merchandise.
• Process incident and production reports in a timely, accurate manner; typically within one hour.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, production goals, and employee performance documentation.
• Handle cash transactions, deposits, drops, and keep accurate register funds with reconciliation.
• Resolve customer concerns, maintain confidentiality, and promote a positive image.
