Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist the management team in daily store operations, supervise retail associates, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves a rotating assignment supervising various retail categories and maintaining high standards of service.

You will schedule staff, train employees, and help maintain a safe, organized store environment while supporting the Store Manager and advancing Goodwill’s mission in the community.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• 2 years retail experience with POS systems.
• 2 years customer service/retail experience.
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide retail associates within the store.
• Schedule and assign staff to meet daily operations.
• Instruct and coach employees; identify training needs.
• Maintain orderly store operations in the absence of management.
• Ensure excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Prepare reports and monitor assignments; complete projects.
