Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist donors, and process transactions in a fast-paced store. You will help with merchandise placement, restocking, and maintaining a clean floor while delivering excellent service. No experience required; high school diploma preferred.

The role reports to Retail Supervisor; pay rate is $17.13/hour, with benefits and a focus on teamwork and safety in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers and donors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, balancing POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acknowledge, greet and help customers in any area of the store.
• Assist customers/donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor.
• Merchandise, restock and provide general floor maintenance where needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment and support team members as needed.
