Job summary

IT'SUGAR in Miami is seeking a Sales Associate to bring the brand to life through memorable customer experiences and energetic in-store engagement. You will help guests find the perfect treats, provide product recommendations, and support daily sales goals.

Greet customers, operate the POS, maintain displays, and assist with promotions and events. Training is provided; 18+ and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience is not required; training provided.
• Positive, outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate a POS/register, handheld devices, and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer promptly and enthusiastically while building genuine connections through friendly conversation and personalized service.
• Deliver knowledgeable product recommendations, answer questions, and assist customers in finding the perfect treats and gifts.
• Use consultative selling techniques to recommend complementary products and enhance the customer experience while supporting store sales goals.
• Create memorable moments by entertaining customers through product samples, where applicable.
• Proactively engage customers at checkout by introducing the IT'SUGAR loyalty program and encouraging enrollment.
