Job summary

Gap Inc. is hiring to support the store leadership team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will role model selling behaviors and guide teammates to execute tasks across the sales floor, stockroom, and office with a focus on providing outstanding service.

You’ll promote loyalty programs, educate customers, and collaborate with leadership to meet performance goals while maintaining flexibility to cover holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership during non-peak hours with the customer as the focus.
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
• Build knowledge about the product lifecycle and customer experiences.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and store operations as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to provide a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all standards and policies.
