Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store teams, drive sales, and ensure compliant operations at assigned locations in the SSA network. You will oversee cash handling, merchandising, and guest service while coaching staff to meet KPIs.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. Prior retail supervision experience is favorable and the position reports to the Retail Operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Show dynamic leadership and motivate staff to exceed customer and client expectations.
• Supervise personnel, onboard new team members, develop and coach.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Manage cash handling, inventory programs, and daily floor oversight.
• Achieve sales goals and implement daily performance checks with staff.
