Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems.
• Effective communication with store leadership, associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to ensure efficient store operations.
• Supervise department to ensure profitability through receiving, replenishing and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain company standards and resolve problems or errors.
