Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience in retail store management.
• 2 years' experience in client services.

Responsibilities

• Instill a floor‑level focus on sales and service to hit goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients to develop repeat customers and drive personal sales.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel each season, including fit and use of line.
• Assist with product and visual merchandising to drive sales and a positive shopping experience.
• Support store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business.
• Be entrepreneurial in all aspects of retail, from merchandising to marketing.
• Provide mentorship to part-time and seasonal staff.
