Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team and drive best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence.
• Maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure stock flow to the sales floor.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Engage with local community initiatives and events.
