You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a diverse team on the sales floor, drive sales, and ensure a personalized shopping experience for customers that reflects our brand values.

With 2–5 years of retail experience, you will operate inventory and POS systems, coach staff, and communicate effectively with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate inventory and POS systems and related retail software.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and in-the-moment coaching to associates to improve customer engagement.
