The North Face is seeking a Supervisor for the Gallatin Crossing location in Bozeman. You will support the store leadership team, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer service, merchandising, and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Foster an inclusive store environment and promote community engagement.
