Job summary

The North Face is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bozeman to lead a team of Brand Advocates and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.

You will oversee recruiting, training, and development, ensure adherence to policies, and help manage expenses while maintaining visual standards. This role focuses on leadership, inclusivity, and high performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Lead and coach the team to exceed individual and store productivity goals.
• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to create authentic brand experiences.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new talent.
