Job summary

The North Face in Bozeman is seeking a retail Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure merchandising, stock flow, and store standards are consistently met.

In collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
• Solution-oriented and flexible in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience standing and performing physical tasks in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and uphold store standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing feedback.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory, and product flow to the sales floor.
