Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Lake Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead daily operations, coaching teams, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards.

As a store leader, you’ll drive sales, manage opening/closing routines, and foster a customer-first culture that aligns with our values and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication, feedback and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
