Job summary

The North Face in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive results through store teams.
• Coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer engagement and help achieve sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates; supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist stockroom operations; organize inventory and ensure timely product flow to the floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure inventory integrity.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
