Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; demonstrated achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support inventory flow and loss prevention practices.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand directives.
