Job summary

You will lead by example, supervise daily operations, and contribute to training while promoting an inclusive culture. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued most.
• Foundational skills include driving results through store teams and coaching diverse groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to influence all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure store standards.
• Maximize store profitability and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee daily operations, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new team members.
