Job summary

Vans in New York is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities
