Goodwill Northern New England in Hooksett, NH is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team and engage with customers to hit sales goals. You will model a positive attitude and ensure smooth store operations.

In this role you will supervise associates, manage opening/closing routines, and mentor staff on service standards while supporting a friendly, inclusive, community-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, friendly attitude.
• Six months of Goodwill retail store experience or 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong math and literacy skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer literacy to complete job duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET).
• Criminal background check as per agency standards.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
