Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Experience and role model behavior for customers.
• Support Store Manager to meet sales goals and store operations.
• Ensure store is visually appealing and merchandise is properly presented.
• Share store strategy, analyze reports and inventory opportunities.
• Coordinate pricing strategies and visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Assist in staff supervision, training, and performance feedback.
