Job summary

Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support store leadership and help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You will assist in replenishment, execute marketing changes, and train sales associates while upholding store standards and brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented, outgoing and personable.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide role modeling to prioritize customers and respond to their needs.
• Achieves excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
• Keep the store visually distinctive and well maintained.
• Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.
• Promotes merchandise and demonstrates product knowledge to customers.
• Assists in planning and executing pricing strategies and promotions.
• Supports training and supervision of sales associates.
• Communicates inventory opportunities to the Store Manager.
