This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store appearance, executing marketing directives, training and guiding sales associates, and ensuring inventory and loss prevention processes align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Function as a role model to prioritize customer needs.
• Achieves excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
• Maintain a visually appealing, clean store.
• Promote merchandise and apply product knowledge.
• Support pricing strategies and visual merchandising changes.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing based on business trends.
• Communicate loss prevention occurrences to leadership.
• Support supervision and motivate staff.
