Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and sales management. This role focuses on customer experience, merchandising, and team leadership to meet store goals and standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail experience, a positive attitude, and strong verbal and written communication. You will help train staff, manage inventory, and ensure the store presents our brands professionally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: role model for customers; achieve high secret shopper scores; maintain store appearance; communicate plans and sales results; promote merchandise and train staff.
• Operational Responsibilities: plan, schedule, ensure staffing and payroll adherence; ensure policy compliance; support store upkeep and loss prevention communications.
• Visual, Brand And Product Management: implement pricing strategies; execute merchandising per guidelines; communicate inventory opportunities; replenish selling floor.
• People Responsibilities: lead and motivate staff; manage conflicts; foster feedback and accountability; protect confidentiality.
