Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. seeks an Entry-level Supervisor in Charge to oversee daily store operations, guest service, and donor interactions in Helena, MT.

You will supervise retail and production activities to meet goals while enforcing ESGW policies and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, ensuring cash handling accuracy, managing inventory, and completing administrative tasks such as reporting and opening/closing

Qualifications

• High School/Equivalent.
• 0-2 years previous experience.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift 20-100 pounds.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and guest/donor service.
• Enforce ESGW policies and procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in staff meetings and communicate effectively with the team.
• Maintain inventory control and stock rotation; assist with product intake.
