Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill in Montana is seeking an entry-level Supervisor in Charge to ensure high levels of guest and donor service across store operations. You will supervise retail and production activities, enforce ESGW policies, and support inventory control and reporting.

The role requires willingness to work evenings and weekends, physical ability to lift 20-100 pounds, and strict cash-handling discipline. Background checks apply as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of retail and/or production activities to meet production and sales goals.
• Demonstrate superior guest service by handling guest transactions promptly and courteously.
• Ensure cash register and transaction procedures are followed and correct errors as needed.
• Acknowledge and greet guests; maintain guest service standards.
• Assist in inventory control and store display maintenance.
• Complete or delegate tasks to comply with store standards and reporting requirements.
