Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead a team of retail associates, conduct store audits, and ensure client standards are met across assigned territories. The role focuses on sales, merchandising, and building strong client relationships with Brand managers and Store Managers.

You will manage schedules, monitor expenses, and deliver accurate reporting while coaching direct reports. Prior retail supervisory experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and motivate retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, signed, faced, and aligned to schematics.
• Build and maintain client relationships including setting work appointments.
• Monitor and control expenses to stay within position and team budgets.
• Provide accurate communication, administrative tasks, and coaching to direct reports.
