Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of retail associates across assigned territories. You will drive sales, oversee merchandising, and ensure client standards are met through audits, signing, and proper product facing.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties with changing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives: fully stocked, signed, faced, and to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget.
• Communicate, administer and coach with direct reports.
