SSA Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor in New Orleans to lead store operations, coach staff, and ensure excellent guest service. You will manage daily floor activities, assist with inventory, and uphold company and client guidelines while driving sales and POS accuracy.

• Manage cash handling and daily floor operations; promote merchandise and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest issues and refunds; monitor hours and breaks per labor laws.
• Support store leadership in inventory and KPI achievement; implement daily goals and check-ins.
• Maintain sustainability/conservation efforts and community engagement per guidelines.
