Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a retail supervisory role or similar
• Experience operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and in-store computerized systems
• Effective communication with team, leadership, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and customer experience.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing inventory.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and professional behavior, leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and resolve problems or errors.
