Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage front-line teams across daily operations, coaching, and game day execution. The role includes Manager on Duty responsibilities and a full-time schedule with days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during events.

You will lead Retail Associates and Retail Leads, driving sales results, customer experience, and operational excellence in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in retail or sales, with leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in retail operation systems including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA.
• Ability to coach and develop front-line team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a part-time team.
