Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a part-time team with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line retail team and carry Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Drive daily operations, training, and game day execution across venues.
• Partner with store leadership on targets, per cap, and UPT using data.
• Maintain fan experience and operational standards during high-volume events.
• Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
