Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store.
Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while serving customers.
Manage merchandising, inventory, cycles counts, and stock handling.
Maintain safety, health, and compliance in the store environment.
Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
