The role emphasizes cash handling, merchandise upkeep, and collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store needs.
• Computer skills including MS Office and retail software basics.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store per brand values.
• Help the store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning and service.
• Assist with payroll control to maintain profitable operations and service levels.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies, procedures and operational core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
