Job summary

PUMA is hiring a Retail Supervisor for the Milpitas store in California. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing store operations to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring safe, compliant store conditions. The position requires 1–2 years in retail, willingness to work non-traditional hours, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and meet KPIs.
• Strong team player and quick learner.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA brand values.
• Drive store sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development of employees.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while ensuring service quality.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
• Achieve/inventory and shrink goals; manage physical counts.
• Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
