Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a customer service retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information clearly.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Basic MS Office and retail software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the store per brand values and service standards.
• Help store meet or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Support payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service quality.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership and manage inventory/shrink goals.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
