Job summary

PUMA SE in Florida City is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a full-time role. You will uphold brand standards, drive sales, manage scheduling, and support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team.

The position requires 1-2 years in retail, strong customer service and proficiency with MS Office and retail software. The role also involves non-traditional hours and a competitive hourly pay with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups.
Strong team player with quick learning ability.
Computer skills including MS Office and basic retail software.

Responsibilities

Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store per PUMA’s brand values and service standards.
Help the Store Manager recruit, train, develop and succession of high-performing employees.
Assist with payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service levels.
Manage merchandise opportunities and communications with Store/Assistant Manager.
Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals and manage counts.
Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Comply with policies, procedures, and core operating competencies.
