You will drive store sales, manage KPIs, assist with merchandise, and help control expenses and payroll to keep the location profitable while delivering great service. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a customer service retail setting, strong communication, teamwork, quick learning, and basic MS Office/retail software skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA Brand Values and service standards.
• Drive store sales and KPIs, and help achieve profitability goals.
• Assist with payroll control to maintain profitability.
• Communicate and act on merchandise opportunities with Store/Asst. Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Follow all Policies & Procedures and safety regulations.
