Job summary

PUMA Store in Livermore, CA is seeking a Retail Supervisor for full-time hours at San Francisco Premium Outlets. You will drive sales, oversee scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting store profitability in line with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong teamwork, and familiarity with MS Office and retail software. Base pay is $22.90–$25.90 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in store operations.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Oversee payroll control, scheduling, inventory and shrink results.
• Maintain safety, policies, and compliance in a busy retail environment.
