Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Help the store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Assist with payroll-related controls to maintain profitability while delivering great service.
• Communicate and act on merchandise opportunities with Store/Asst. Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with store policies, procedures, and core operational competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Be available to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
