Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager for the Livermore area. You will support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supervising staff. The role requires weekend/evening hours and travel may be required.

Base pay is $26.90–$29.90 per hour plus bonus and benefits. You will help recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems (MS Office, retail software).
• Must be able to walk/move continuously and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store per brand values and service standards.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and performance reviews.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability.
• Act as Store Manager when Store Manager is away.
• Ensure training programs are completed and Loss Prevention education is followed.
