RETAIL SUPPORT
Reports to: Operations Team and Regional Manager
General Summary
As a Retail Support, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth among all sales associates and the store. You will ensure tasks are completed and contribute to a vibrant culture based on customer trust, respect, integrity, continuous learning, and fun. You will oversee store operations, maintain attention to detail, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate barriers to the manager. Flexibility, effective prioritization, a love for learning, and a commitment to customer delight and team culture are essential.
Essential Job Functions

- Responsible for opening and closing store procedures.
- Assist with internal, external, front, and back-end operations.
- Uphold all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform Store Manager duties in their absence.
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop all associates, including conducting mock sales, hosting staff meetings, and promoting services, promotions, and events.
- Maintain individual sales goals and assist in achieving overall sales growth.
- Create fluidity within store departments such as inventory, front desk, and back of house.
- Stay informed about product information, promotions, advertisements, and test products.
- Understand and execute the customer journey.
- Familiarize with all marketing materials.
- Adhere to all policies, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Communicate merchandise needs, concerns, and operational feedback to management daily.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
- Assist with creating, revising, and updating SOPs.
- Assist with unloading shipments and store projects.
- Receive products during deliveries, ensuring compliance with state requirements.
- Process invoices into POS system, including labeling, tagging, and stocking received goods.
- Troubleshoot daily close-out and sales analysis issues.
- Assist with data capture related to marketing sources, emails, and loyalty sign-ups.
- Anticipate problems and develop effective solutions.
- Respond promptly to management requests for information or assistance.
- Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and data reports.
- Disseminate information accurately and completely to upper management.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands include reaching overhead, bending, squatting, kneeling, carrying products, store maintenance, lifting up to 55 lbs, and climbing ladders.
Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position with open availability required.
- Weekend, night, and holiday work are expected.
- Work hours typically range from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., with possible overnight shifts and schedule changes.
Customer Service
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, from greeting to visual presentation.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and perform all sales associate duties.
- Emphasize the importance of excellent customer service and empower staff to make judgment calls.
- Promote quality service through training and role modeling.
- Assist customers in finding merchandise and addressing their needs.
