Brush Creek Ranch is seeking a guest-focused retail associate to deliver a premium shopping experience at our Mercantile. You will style guests, recommend products, and create memorable connections while maintaining an organized sales floor and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active on your feet.
• Flexibility to work days, weekends and holidays in a luxury ranch setting.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable, one-on-one experiences and suggest tailored products.
• Provide styling advice and build genuine connections with guests.
• Welcome guests to the Mercantile with energy and confidence.
• Help guests find items while driving retail sales.
• Maintain an inviting sales floor and process transactions accurately.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Manage orders from fulfillment to shipping, ensuring accuracy.
• Track inventory and keep products organized and available.
• Support packing, receiving inventory, and overall operations as needed.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to optimize rates and schedules.
